# Install BOS Lite in Claude Desktop / Cowork

1. Open **Claude Desktop**, then open **Cowork**.
2. Open **Customize → Plugins**.
3. Select **Add** or the upload option.
4. Choose `BOS-Lite-Claude-0.2.2.plugin`.
5. Review the plugin's skills and enable it.
6. Open or create the native Cowork Project that should remain the home for the work.
7. Start a new Cowork task and run `/bos-lite:create-bos`.

The plugin uses only Projects and connections available to that tester. If a useful connection is missing, connect it through Claude's normal connection settings, return to the Cowork task, and ask BOS to check connections again.

After the pilot, run `/bos-lite:give-feedback` to create a safe, shareable feedback summary.

The packaged HTML file is only a local fallback preview. It is not a connector-enabled Live Artifact. In Cowork, ask Claude to build or update the persistent Live Artifact when that capability is available.
