# BOS Lite pilot release notes

This pilot release provides one cohesive BOS experience for Codex and Claude while respecting each platform's real connection and native Project boundaries.

## What's new in 0.2.2

- Three default-enabled base modules: **Business Pulse** (at-a-glance indicators in the Executive Lobby), **Email Triage** (a read-only needs-attention queue with suggested states; drafts wait in your email, you send), and **Agent Outputs** (what your AI produced: research, drafts, prep). Each shows an honest `Unavailable` state until a source is connected and a clearly fictional `Demo` state otherwise.
- A new `stat-row` module view variant that renders label/value/delta indicator tiles.
- Ghosted, actionless `Full BOS` preview panels in Team Floor, Task Board, Office, and Integrations. They describe the fuller product and contain no controls.
- A chat-migration hook: the Executive Lobby's next-useful-action line and a fixed `Chat history import` row in Integrations explain how to bring past chats in today — export Claude and ChatGPT history and add the file to the BOS home Project, where the host conversation can fold it in; the Advisory Board frame title now uses its own field (`boardFrame`) instead of the watch line.

### Known limitations in 0.2.2

- The Codex Site renders `stat-row` modules with the standard record-list presentation instead of indicator tiles.
- Codex Site demo data for the three new modules mirrors the packaged fixtures; report any drift between the Site and the Claude Artifact as pilot feedback.
- Chat history arrives through the manual export-and-add step folded in by the host conversation. A built-in importer is roadmap for a later release; this build makes no timing commitment.
